Here's an interesting observation: All of the positive reviews for this app/service were made, roughly, on the same day. I can't recommend this service or PROCARMA due to their lack of transparency. There's no contact information on their home page, among other things. Very suspicious.

App doesn't work. I was told to only schedule service thru this app with my new car and it doesn't even open anymore. You should inform dealerships so they won't give your info out

Easy to navigate. Some things can be improved but customer support was top notch. They called to make sure my concerns were taken care of.
