This new app makes accessing your Peach Pass account easier while you’re on the go! Peach Pass customers can quickly manage their account without having to go online or call the Peach Pass Customer Service Center. Through this new app, Peach Pass customers can expect an upgraded experience making it easier to manage accounts, access pertinent information, and find quicker answers to frequently asked questions. App users can view transactions, view statements, and modify registered vehicles and billing info, just to name a few options. For Peach Pass Customers seeking carpool benefits, download the Peach Pass Verify Mobile app to change your toll mode (where applicable), If you do not have a Peach Pass account yet, you can create one through the app without having to go online.

Ratings and reviews

Went through the entire process to set up an account. I submitted my payment, it immediately went through, and then I received an error. Now it's saying I have no account and it can't find me when I try to recover email or password. It still took my money though. Guess I'll have to do a charge back because I cant get any help.

The app is horrible. I have to constantly change my password. It never loads correctly. Changing to non toll mode is a terrible experience. You have to go to another app. The toll prices are exceptionally high, and the app is one of the worst I have ever used. With the costs of the tolls, this app should be extremely user-friendly and work correctly 99 percent of the time.

I have not been abke to log in to the app, so this is not a review of the whole app. I have a longish password. When I enter it into the app, it gets cut off 3 characters short. I realize I can change my password, but I do not want to. I can use it on the website without problems. When I try to do chat support, I state my problem and get cut off, asking for a review. Please fix either or both issues.
