Within 15 minutes I tried to use the app, it told me to water weeds in my lawn. Usesless. I immediately try to cancel the free trial, an error message came up and the system would not allow the cancelation. After multiple attempts to reach customer service requesting cancelation of my subscription through calls, voice mails and emails. No one contacted me but they sure were johnny on the spot when billing my card at the end of the week trial period. Don't use this app, the company is corupt

This has got to be close to one of the worst apps I've ever used, especially as far as greed is concerned.. It will absolutely not allow you to add more than one plant without getting a premium subscription. Every button you press offers a very expensive paid option. I just don't see the point in the app. All the information it gives you for 'free' can be pulled up through a quick Google search.. It really stinks because it sounded so cool..

Update! I reached out right away and got no response. I have now been charged 3 or 4 times. I'm furious! I can't figure out how to cancel after a free trial. I've now been charged. I emailed asking to cancel and refund and heard nothing back. The app doesn't function like the ads showed. It couldn't even identify my plant and identified my hand instead!
