The PostNord Norge app brings together the services you need to handle your parcels more easily. With a simple Vipps registration, we find your parcels automatically and you will be able to keep track of parcels on their way to and from you.

Ratings and reviews

Forced to install the app to get a package from the machine. I don't want to have an app and share my personal data for a single package delivery. Postordr should have an option to pick up your package without being forced to have an app. Seems very predatory behavior to keep my package hostage, or return it without an alternative option provided.

way too many permissions. instant -4 stars. even wants background location permission, to push message if you are close to a box they say. better uninstall and reinstall just for box pickup. learn to make minimal privacy impact if the app is mandatory for using the service.

two functioning apps in Norway. no info on package boxes when sending. no easy way to find customer contacts. no reply on written correspondence. worst logistics solution on the market. App not working. unstable, random messages.
