The app combines a personalised property scoring system with seamless agent communication, helping buyers make more informed decisions throughout their property search.
When attending an open home, simply scan the property’s unique QR code to register your visit and instantly access the full property details. From there, you can begin scoring, taking notes, and recording your impressions with ease.
Key Features:
• Layout Evaluation: Score each room and major features on a simple 1–5 scale while adding notes to capture your likes and dislikes.

• Detail Capture: Record additional property details like finishes, or minor aspects using a positive/negative feedback system.

• Overall Rating: This function allows the viewer to create a summarised score for each property such as Location, Internal and External functionality based on the scorers’ personal preferences.

• Compare Properties: This unique feature will allow the buyer to view and compare multiple properties side by side, allowing for a logical and efficient decision-making process. Each property will receive an overall score, and it allows the buyer to filter preferences based on scores or values.

• Compare Properties with Others: Connect with family members or other users by scanning their unique profile QR code. Instantly access and compare their property scores to gain deeper insights into collective preferences and priorities, helping you make more informed decisions about the properties you view.

• Actions & Feedback: Provide structured feedback, request further information, and keep communication streamlined through secure in-app messaging with agents.

• Recommendations: Agents can match buyers with suitable properties using the recommendation feature, which leverages preferences from previously scored homes. This ensures buyers receive tailored property suggestions that align with their unique needs and interests.
• Valuation Tools: Share a general valuation with the agent while keeping your personal assessment private, maintaining transparency without compromising confidentiality.
