Ratings and reviews

Dont like some changes, for example : my whole family uses this bank so we can instantly transfer money to each other, now we can't, it's no longer easy and it's no longer instant. It now takes at least 2 days, and that's not helpful in a pinch. Had to start using cash app. Update: they contacted me about my review immediately and helped me fix all my issues. If anybody else has the same problem just call them and they will help you. Great customer help!

I really enjoy how the new app allows me to manage my credit card, checking, and savings all in one place. At first it wouldn't let me pay my card from my external bank account but that issue seems to be r solved recently. I like the versatility the app offers and it's a step up from the last app.

trash app the last app worked just fine and I was given no warning just suddenly got locked out of my bank app and freaked out but its also broken I cashed out 27.51 from cash app at the register of my gas station trying to buy a 1.59 soda and get 20 cash back which was immediately denied for insufficient funds but once I got the new app it shows the 27 as my balance and then a 19.82 from the gas station which some how the app says the -19.82 left me at 0. it was denied but shows wrong totals.
