Very poor service and misleading status. I ordered books from MyPustak and paid the full amount. It has been 14 days, I have not received the order, and there has been no communication at all—no call, no email, no response. Shockingly, the website shows the order as “Delivered”, which is completely false. This is misleading and unacceptable. Customer support is unresponsive. I do not recommend MyPustak. Please think twice before ordering.

Don't order. They just won't deliver. I placed an order on MyPustak and made the payment successfully. Even after 14 days, the books have not been delivered, and I have received zero updates or communication from the company. Then the order status shows “Delivered”, which is incorrect. Multiple attempts to contact customer support have failed. This experience has been disappointing and unprofessional. MyPustak needs to improve transparency and customer service.

I've made several purchases from MyPustak, while i never had a problem with the condition of books but if any issue arises the customer care service is not able to handle it swiftly, they are very bad at addressing any problem and slow as hell.
