Please dont order anything from Mypustak🤬🤬 🙏 i ordered a book through My Pustak. Delivery promised by app for April 28 but delivered on April 29 without OTP or notification. Came to know about delivery on May 1. Their April 29 mail stated delivery on April 30. The parcel was delivered somewhere else. Book index was wrong and it was damaged too. They asked me to provide the video of opening the box which I am not able to do. i told them to investigate they say this is not our problem🤦‍♂️.

I received my order on April 7th, but the item arrived in unacceptable condition. The packaging was damaged, the seal was broken, and the pages show clear signs of previous water damage. I have an unboxing video and clear proofs of damage. Despite contacting support daily for the last 20 days via multiple channels ( i.e. by their app,email and whatsapp ), I have received no assistance. I would not recommend buying books from here.

Very bad experience. I have paid for new book but they sent old used book. Also the book shown was from Abhijeet publications but the book recd is from Avinash publications. Its really a cheating. Also delivery was very late. Courier updates were vague, confusing and not clear, changing delivery dates daily. I shall not order here in future for any book.
