Do not install. It's spam. I thought I was using this app purely for it's content. To my surprise I get emails from their "Realm Advisor Lead" and I think this is so misleading. At least give us the option to NOT be contacted. I only want to use the app and see how much prices would be or how much the value of my home will go up if I did specific renovation projects. Not once was I notified during the intro process that I would get an email from their "team." GTFOH your with your sales tactics.

I don't want to give my personal information. I Uninstalled the app, I couldn't get in to see anything without giving up my home address. Maybe give a guest access account, so people can try your app to see if they can feel like they can trust your platform. Personally speaking, your app feels sketchy.

Estimates in my 2 markets are over by 35%+. We just had our pool done, all 3 estimates were over $85k LESS than Realm's. Our fencing and gate came in 42% cheaper. A couple of other projects are much less than what Realm seems to estimate them at. Property estimate isn't too far off, but they also take a while to update value even if you manually put in completed projects. We've put in a pool, fencing and gates, as well as a water softening system and solar. No updates. I'm uninstalling.
