All detected and selected voice content is saved in a single file, skipping silence and most non-configured audio.

Pre-Recording Buffer
To avoid missing the beginning of important audio events, the app maintains a short in-memory pre-recording buffer while recording is active. When a configured event is detected, a brief portion of buffered audio may be included to provide context. This buffer is temporary and is only written to storage when a valid recording event occurs.

Recording Recovery

💤 Sleep Talking Tip
Some snoring that sounds like speech may be recorded to avoid missing sleep talking. Lowering the sensitivity will reduce these speech-like snoring recordings. The waveform display during playback can help: speech appears irregular, while snoring is usually more rhythmic and regular.
