About this app

myRide Motorista is the driver app for myRide for Business, the corporate
ride-hailing service operating in Mozambique.

Trips come from companies with an account, not from the street. Every
passenger is an employee travelling on their employer's account, so the fare
is settled on the company invoice and there is no cash to handle and no
change to count.

YOUR SHIFT
Go on shift when you want to work and off when you are done. You are only
offered trips while you are on shift.

TRIP OFFERS
Each offer shows you where the passenger is, where they are going and the
estimated fare before you accept, so you can decide whether the job is worth
taking. Accept or decline within the offer window.

ON THE TRIP
Navigate to the pickup with your usual maps app, start the trip when the
passenger is aboard, and complete it at the destination. The app keeps
recording the journey if you lose signal and syncs when you are back online.

EARNINGS
See what you have earned today, over seven days and across the month, with a
statement of every trip. Request a payout to your mobile money number when
you want to be paid.

SAFETY
An SOS button is available throughout every trip and alerts the safety desk
immediately. A daily hours limit protects you from working an unsafe shift.

REQUIREMENTS
You need a myRide driver profile approved by our operations team, a valid
driving licence and a vehicle that has passed inspection. Sign in with the
phone number registered to your profile.
