This app is an absolute nightmare to use. It is not easy, it is not helpful, it tells me my username & password is wrong. I will use the same EXACT credentials to log in on the PC website and get into my account just fine. This app needs a complete overhaul.

This app is not very useful. The Rotech health care company doesn't seem to bill insurance companies, preferring to force customers to pay for equipment that is prescribed. The app and the website primarily are for paying money to Rotech. I personally am very disappointed with the lack of customer service from Rotech.

While ShopRotech.com is available on the mobile application for items paid for directly by patients, insurance-covered items can always be arranged through your location. Please visit https://www.rotech.com/find-a-location for a location near you.

This app is absolute garbage. It wo t save login info and pushes balance due notifications every week even when there is no balance e due. If I could give it negative stars I would.
