General Terms and Conditions for Online Outpatient Registration:

1. Outpatient registration for existing patients: For visits on the day of the visit, it can be done from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM WIB, and for the day before the visit, it can be done from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM WIB.
2. Outpatient registration for new patients: Visits start from 2 days before the visit and end 7 days after the visit.

3. BPJS patients must have an active referral from a primary health care provider (FKTP).
