Based on my experience with this insurance company.. I wouldn't recommend them because of their fine print and how they deal with their customers on the daily. The customer service line is RUDE and they're lacking one key effort. BIG word being (professionalism). Looking for okay or good insurance? This is the way to go! Great premiums! The app is very user friendly and easy to coordinate. If you need something quick and convenient.. try MySafeway.. The app is extremely helpful though. W2G! 💯💰

This app is garbage and the star rating is absolutely misleading. The app often doesn't recognize correct login info when entered. If you have fingerprint enabled it will often ignore it and prompt you to manually enter your login info which it will then not recognize. Very frustrating. The company needs to hire someone competent to replace this app with something which actually works.

The system for entering your birthday is awful. It seriously makes you hit the back button hundreds of times to get to your birthday. It starts at Dec 2006... And you have to hit the back button for every month until your birth year, and it's very easy to accidentally exit and you have to start over. Infuriatingly inefficient system. Other than that, the app works fine, and Safeway is a good insurance company.
