Ratings and reviews

The app has access to a lot of info the previous one didn't but I mainly use the app to access classes and this app isn't as convenient for that purpose. It opens up the website in a browser and you have to log in again when you go to classes. This will take some getting use to if you used to use the previous app Update: 1 star, the app doesn't load at all anymore just an error message. Update (10/27): working properly changed rating (04/14/22): App does not load correctly.

I have to delete this app and re-download it EVERY DAY for it to work. Otherwise I get an error message. Works fine once deleted and re-downloaded. I also agree that it is not as convenient as far as navigation. I don't want to go through 3 different pages to open an ebook. If this could have zero stars.... every single time I am signed out I get the error message. I have to sign in twice every time, for some reason. It will not keep me signed in. Most useless app I have ever had!

One star just to rate..... I have installed and uninstalled the app numerous times! After installing the app, it only allows me to log in once. Every attempt after the first login it gives an error message to contact administrator. I have contacted Chamberlain many times by email and phone. They have been no help! This extremely inconvenient, especially when I mostly use my phone to access course material.
