About this app

The United Federation of Teachers, the union representing New York City public school educators and other professionals, is launching a new mobile app for members to easily connect with their union and access member-only resources and information.

UFT members can use the app to:
• Access special member-only discounts on entertainment, dining, travel and more.
• View the status of their latest UFT Welfare Fund health benefit claims.
• Contact union departments, services and programs, including the UFT Welfare Fund.
• Register for upcoming union events and workshops.
• Access the union's in-depth knowledge base to find information about UFT rights and benefits.
• Get help 24/7 from George, the Member Hub guide, who can assist with pension consultation appointments, Welfare Fund forms and more.
