Do not buy these homes, they are extremely poorly made. When you have a warranty issue they dismiss it and states it's not a warranty issue. we have curved walls, carpet patches that you can see at the door of every room. Water pressure was set to 35 psi, we had the water company come and set it properly to 60 psi. The floors are dipping by the laundry room. Electrician box keeps tripping our breaker (Lenar stated it's learning your power settings.) The list goes on an on.
