One of the biggest natural gas companies in the world and can't get a simple app to work for us to pay for their subpar service, now I have to get in the car go to a cash machine, get cash go to a store and pay like if it were 1985, what an absolute joke. Update 05/2024 - over and over and over again this app boils me out on how in 2024 unexplicably we do not have a functional and reliable app to pay our little gas bills, what an absolute piss poor gum on the bottom of my shoe company. F-OFF!
