Handy app but hard to read with every word capitalized and frequent misspellings such as "poor" instead of "pour" evidenced in the last screenshot above. There doesn't seem to be any descriptions accompanying the request forms so I had to look up the description in a separate web browser (for example the special needs registry). I didn't want to just submit info without knowing what it was so I did a Google search to see if it would benefit my family's situation. Still a very convenient option.

This is leagues better than the old 311 app! It's way easier to get the help I need since I can easily search for what I need fixed (or what I might have questions about) and it gets me directly to the people who can solve it. I no longer have to deal with a phone tree or a calling around at random until I can find someone who can help me. Following up on my case is also way easier!

"Let's take an app, that used to work great, and mess it up, so that we can make a "NEW" app, that is worse than the messed up one." Not impressed. Hopefully y'all can work out the problems, and get the app to function in a way that people need it to function.
