I work for FedEx and I can tell you right now, the app is far from ready. The idea is 100% needed and I applaud the attempt. The app is obviously NOT ready and should NOT be available as a normal app for anyone to download. This is at most, in beta stage. The better approach would of been a LARGER scale beta rollout (hopefully you did some form of prerelease or beta) As it stands, early adopters or in your case what would of been potential users will be left with a horrible experience. Smh...

Hello John. Unfortunately we do not have Fedex as a customer. Fedex and Blue Yonder (the app you are trying to review) are using our logo and namesake, which is leading to a lot of confusion for the employees at Fedex. We would really appreciate it if you could move your review to their app.
New employee of FED EX and orientation is telling us to download this app. If you type in MYSchedule FED EX app this is what rolls up so we install. Then put all your ID in and nothing, doesn't recognize us...what's up?
