About this app

To access the application we need you to provide personal, biometric and facial data, through a selfie where we apply our BIOOCR technology to corroborate user authentication.

The process is the following:
1. Select the identification to use.
1.1 INE, you will have to take a photograph for each side.
1.2 Passport, you will have to take a photograph of the front side (side where the photo is located).
2. When taking the picture you must touch the screen to focus the image. Once focused, the identification should be between the red marks, these will change to green to indicate that the photograph has been taken and is in process.
3. Confirm the information, the information obtained from the identification document will be displayed. If the information is correct, you must press the "YES" option, otherwise you can edit it in a limited way by selecting from the options offered with the pencil icon. In the event that the options offered and the editing of the name are not correct, press NO to retake and process another photograph of the same document.
4. Take a selfie, your face must be uncovered and without glasses, with this facial scan and applying our BIOOCR technology, the automatic validation of the identity of the users is allowed using facial recognition techniques, character recognition and environmental analytics. The information contained in the identity document in combination with the biometric obtained at the time of validation and the data retrieved by the available sensors allow user authentication.
5. Next, enter the email with which you were registered on the CITRAS platform.
6. To log in, enter the password that was provided when you registered on the CITRAS platform.
7. Within the application, you will have access to the code with which you can authenticate yourself on the CITRAS platform.
8. In addition, in the configuration option you can modify your password.

With this registration you can enter and authenticate on the web and desktop platform.
