About this app

Shiftrio is a shift scheduling and team management app for restaurants, cafés, hotels and shops. You build the week and publish it in one tap; everyone sees their own shifts on their phone and gets a notification when something changes. Attendance, time off and month-end timesheets are in the same app.

FOR MANAGERS
• Weekly schedule: plan shifts by department, such as floor, kitchen or bar, keep them as drafts, and publish when you're ready.
• Auto-fill places shifts around time off, availability and weekly hour limits.
• Copy last week; undo a deleted shift.
• Open an empty shift to the team; the first to ask gets it.
• See who saw the plan and remind the rest.
• This week's labor cost, from hours and pay rates.
• Requests: time off, swaps and overtime in one list. Approve, or reject with a reason.
• Leave types: sick note, unpaid leave, marriage and more. Change or cancel approved leave; one person can't have two leaves on the same day. When leave is approved, free up the person's shifts or open them to the team.
• Time clock: staff clock in and out and take breaks on their phone. If you like, a QR code at the branch or the branch's location confirms it. You hear when a shift isn't started, and every correction is kept in a history.
• Monthly timesheet for your accountant: Excel, a PDF sheet to sign, or CSV.
• Send announcements to the team and see who has seen them.
• Tips: enter the total and split it equally or by hours worked.
• Statistics: shift and hour summaries, exportable as CSV.
• Multiple branches and branch managers; hours of people who work at several branches are counted together.
• Branches abroad: set each branch's time zone; reminders and notifications follow the branch's clock.
• The home page shows what is waiting for you and who is working today; managers get their own widget.

For companies in Türkiye: public holidays on the plan, annual leave entitlement, legal limit warnings (each opens its source with a tap when you publish, and you can turn them off) and hours over 45 a week.

The time clock and annual leave tracking are turned on in company settings.

What’s new

Time zones for branches abroad.

- Set the branch's time zone in Branch settings; reminders and notifications follow its clock.
- A branch manager's own leave is now a request; the company owner approves it.
- When an employee joins, the clock-ins, leave and overtime entered for them earlier move to their account.
- Deleting your account also removes your ID from time records and your profile photo.
- A short line under the time clock and monthly sheet; clearer permission texts on iPhone.
