The present government is firmly committed to facilitate access to services to the people through digitization of land management. The Ministry of Land and the Board of Land Reforms are working tirelessly to bring all the services related to land to the doorsteps of the people at low cost, in a short time and without harassment.
About 5 crore land development tax collectibles are collected through 3,482 union land offices under 511 upazila land offices of the country. In order to provide the best services to this large number of land service recipients, the land development tax management mobile app has been launched to collect land revenue digitally instead of the conventional method from time immemorial.

Horrible app. I tried to login but after loading for a while the page doesn't change. I'm stuck into to login page. I thought if I mistook the password so tried to reset but yet again it will show loading then nothing happens. I tried to log in using 3 different phones but this app just doesn't work.

Disgusting app. At first it almost take my whole day to get a single otp. And the helpilne numbers are fully useless. Just ask about random things but can't solve my problem. Paid the tax fee. And It's been 3 days. I also had to go to the Land office to get my holding number and they charged me extra money. I m still not getting my Daakhila paper. My bank loan is stuck because of this issue. They are just wasting government's money and not giving us proper service. Fraud system.

THIS app pretty much slow but all over It's very help for us. What is the reason for the slowness and if it is worked on and fixed quickly then we all will benefit from this App. Thank you Bangladesh land office.
