Im okay that they require the ACH for a bank account (they don't have to pay as many fees so they can give us a nice discount) what I'm NOT okay with and don't understand is why they also need part of my Social Security Number along with my ACH full name and address. That's more than Im willing to give to a gas station. The app looked okay otherwise.

I can't even login to to the app. The login/register portion tries to create a new account with an already registered phone number, and then fails... because it's already attached to an existing account. 🤦. I have a username/password, but apparently no one thought to add that option to the register/login. I think I'm just gonna stick with Gas Buddy/Gridwise. Not at Spinx though.. Use anything but a physical debit card there, and you'll be paying credit gas prices.

No support. It is hung up and I can't link my checking account to use at the pump, so I can't get the discounts that accumulate. If I use Google Pay, it goes through as credit and adds 10¢ per gallon. I've done the email and sent in statement copies, and I've tried submitting through the app. Nothing. App is useless without the ability to capitalize on discounts. EDIT: Lots of 1 star reviews, NO response to anyone. You're failing here, Spinx. Competitors are winning in this space.
