I tried doing my first top up and it never went through. I followed all the steps to report it, but it doesnt allow me do that either even with all permissions granted. Then it says that all purchases are non-refundable. I wanted to like the app and the stories, but not when it blatantly steals. It doesn't even say how many coins each chapter costs, so I dont even know if I tried to purchase enough to stay interested.

I wouldn't recommend these apps to anyone. Some potentially great books,but never completed. Once they get to a crescendo it switches to a second book,leaving you wondering what happened and what the ending was for the first book. This is after you've spent lots of money to read the books!! Stick with Amazon and Kindle where there's Authenticated,and best selling Authors at a reasonable price.

While the content looks promising, the cost of chapters, as well as the fact that it doesn't tell you how many points/coins you need for a chapter, is prohibitive to a good experience. The inability to get free chapters or coins is a huge hindrance to enjoying their content. I'm not willing to spend money until I know if an app has content I will enjoy. I have other apps I like more and will focus energy and money at an app that seems to value the customer experience.
