First, your tax preparer needs to send you a link (through OLTPro software), when you click the link it allows you to create an account through a browser (I couldn't create my account through the APP, it won't validate). After you create your account, you can log in using this APP. I was able to remotely sign my documents using the browser alone, and upload pictures of my tax documents using the app with my phone camera. I could see this being useful and will give it 4 stars because I liked it but it could definitely be better. I could see a lot of taxpayers struggling with it if they're not too tech-savvy. I recommend just using a browser and a PC to log into My Tax Office, why install an app for a one time thing such as signing?

Very simple app and somewhat user friendly. Grammatical errors. Some drop-down fields don't input data the way a standard drop-down does, say for the state initials. Relies on tax preparers' instruction for initial setup, which can be a nusense for the user if they don't get the proper documentation right off and understand how to follow.

Great app!! I did a test run with a couple of my customers and it worked flawlessly. I just have to put in place a payment method and my business is set for next tax season. In addition, OLT Pro is much cheaper than a competitor that we have used since 2001. Sorry Intuit, your fired.
