I am encountering numerous errors. When I attempt to pay the phone bill and purchase a package in the MyID app, an error message appears without providing any details. I am unsure if an update is required. When I visit the Play Store, it only presents the option to open the app. Now, new error: I can't log in my account .

The previous app "my Mytel" was really good.From my point of view, it was really easy to use and didn't eat too much data at all. The new app is really confusing for me. It also uses a lot of ram to process and even after using this much ram,it doesn't work properly. Sometimes, it just freezes.It ate 200 MB of data in just a few minutes. Really disappointed. The new was supposed to be more convenient and easy to use.

Not that good. A lot of ads and pop-ups. That's still fine. But, what makes me upset is that the app is taking too long to load the page about my registration, data plan, and remaining balance etc. We are not here only for gaming and bonuses. We want to use a good internet service. We don't mind paying for it as long as it is running smooth. Please get it fixed asap.
