Ratings and reviews

The log in issues are officially too problematic. This is supposed to be fun! Except, the app randomly logs you out without warning. Then, when you try to log back in, you either get a blank screen (like now) or an endless loop of "sorry, try again". Last season I lost my win streak three times because of this issue and I emailed support every time. What I got back was the equivalent of shrugged shoulders. Plus the video locking up issues... I've uninstalled for the last time.

Seems like it's a good app version of the site. Not noticing any bugs or issues. One thing to make the user experience better, though this may have been a design choice the way it is now, when looking at a list of videos, having some icon next to the title or on the thumbnail that you don't have access to the content at your level of membership before you click on the video (which is when it prompts to need to be unlocked). Would still get fomo from all the videos you want to watch but can't :)

When I click "full screen" for videos, it just centers the video. It doesn't make it bigger, and when I rotate my phone 90°, the video doesn't rotate with it or get bigger. It will also just stop working and kick me out of the app. It also doesn't save video progress, so I have to remember where I was in the video. There is also no way for me to save videos to watch later, or see my watch history. Just technical issues really.
