I don't understand the reason to have a viewable sharable bill that hides the account number just because you're not the owner, maybe it is better to have a paper bill sent home again. at least you can scan that old barcode at 7-Eleven, the new one with -XX- doesn't work. at least a renter who is dumb enough to not able to use online pay can still pay other ways.

App loads super slow. after loading can't login via MyDigitalID. password also cannot "Sorry this is not working right now". In fairness previous version of app worked fine. now it's totally broken. what a horrible app experience for a big organisation like TNB. please go whack your app developer. just look at all the recent reviews! abysmal!

very slow!!! each time launch the apps took more than 5 min to keep loading. every click another 3-5 min to load. Good to have apps but the apps is too slow and unstable!!! everytime check and pay bill through apps is a PAINFUL EXERCISE!!!!
