provides a function to go paperless, i tried so so so many times, just shows page can't be loaded, try later. don't know what later means, maybe a year or decade. so disappointed. told by the developer to clear data and cache. but it still doesn't work even i uninstall and install myTNB app. i guess they would blame my phone problem. no hope for the time being. i'll wait a decade and see if there is a miracle.

Keeps showing something went wrong during login. used to love this app. please fix it. I have uninstall & reinstalled the app but everytime I refreshed the page, it said "uh,oh looks like the page with your bill details have been unplugged. Refresh to stay plugged in. " this is not fun...to keep refreshing the page. I work abroad and bills need to be paid.

The app updates lately are just terrible! They've made everything so slow and now it keeps crashing every time I try to pay my bills. And don't even get me started on those lame excuses like clearing caches or resetting my phone. I mean, seriously? I've tried everything and it's still a mess. It's like they don't even care about the users anymore. And to top it off, I keep getting these stupid timeout errors. It's just unacceptable!
