The Catholic Precinct app supports self-guided tours through a series of spaces connected by Catholic ritual, history, learning and administration in the area around St Patrick's Cathedral in East Melbourne. The app includes a tour for the general public with additional information to support secondary students, teachers and families guiding primary school-aged children. It includes audio commentary and links that provide information about the rich history and contemporary use of the area, statues and features and prominent people who have been associated with it. As well as the interior and surrounds of St Patrick's Cathedral, the apps features include the Mary MacKillop Heritage Centre, highlights of ACU’s Melbourne campus, the Mary Glowrey Museum and St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne.
