I had a very disappointing experience with this TVS Motor Company service center. They are not transparent and do not seem genuine in their approach. They try to create unnecessary fear by saying there are too many issues in the vehicle, even when there are no major problems. Based on this, they suggest multiple replacements and repairs which are not actually required, just to increase the bill amount. As a customer, it feels like they are more focused on charging extra rather than providing hon

I have approached my TVS thrice for some work my my car. The first time was for closing up a screw hole, the second was for underbody rust protection painting and the third time was for a rusting issue caused by an accessories on the boot door of my ertiga. All the times they did a remarkable and excellent work and the service advisors stuck to the time lines they agreed to. I am completely satisfied with their work and I would recommend them to anyone as I had a very good experience with them.

I took periodic service from tvs,worst service they did for my car, they not even cleared the service reminder and not done wheel alignment. and no responce from my tvs I have called more than 50 times, and no proper responce from the garage. I recommend not to take service from mytvs. tks
