Very disappointing experience, I approached for a very minor issue which would have costed me 3times less than what these people have billed, no parts added or repaired but still the bill amount was too high. total rip-off, I don't trust them anymore. Customercare is only for bookings nothing else, they just play checking with technician game. Do not recommend any service from this guys.

worst ever team. they will never respond to you if you are in an emergency and hurry. i booked a road side assistance and they told me they will pick my car within 3 hours. I waited there for 3 hours and after that they never picked my call nor answered my messages. It was so disappointing because I have to answer the traffic police, people and nearby shops. don't believe them.
