1st - Service center experience was okay that's the reason for the 2⭐s, myTVS Team promises the moon but don't deliver. Don't promise something you can't deliver. 2nd - The App sucks! The worst app! There is no integration yet to retrieve the service records. I tried contacting customer care executives, they have no clue. The service center team doesn't have a clue. Donno why the app exists.

I got my car repainted at MYTVS, and the results were outstanding. The paint quality, shine, and finish looked showroom-level. They handled the preparation work with care and ensured flawless coating. The staff was very professional and patient with my queries. Highly recommend their painting service for best-in-class results.

very worst service i have ever seen I would like to bring to your notice a very serious and unethical issue — I was asked to make full payment before the vehicle was delivered and before I was allowed to inspect the work. This is completely against standard service practices and customer rights. Because of this, I was denied the opportunity to verify the quality of work before payment.
