Careless in inventorying the items in the package. After pandemic the service quality dropped. I had to change the review, too many issues with them. They misplaced my items twice and won't be responsible for the loss. To verify the mistake they did, they want me to pay $7. And if the item is found, i have to pay for the shipping separately. The app too doesn't work properly.

Dishonest! Their shipping calculator showed low shipping rates. When they shipped my items, they increased the weight and charged more than was necessary. After contacting them about it, I am no longer able to sign into the app or the online portal. My account miraculously disappeared and I haven't yet received my packages.

app basically broken and doesn't work. good luck getting past the log in screen. many times after you enter your credentials it will just do nothing. if you manage to log in by brute force, any thing you click takes ages to load, if you exit the app for any reason to check email for example you are back at square one. reading the comments, this has been a longstanding issue. i genuinely don't understand how vibe-coded AI apps can be more stable than a multi-million dollars company. zero excuses
