good but with some issues the app is good to check the items you received , and how much the estimated shipping fee, the problem in the entering the actual price it will always required you to attach then merchant invoice even if the price was true!! the real website is the way to go in this matter. the second thing sometimes I need the phone number associated with my account it does not show in the app so I am forced to go to my accounts on there I can find it or go to the full site finally the estimated shipping values are different in the app then what is shownin the full sit. So please try to fix it.
I got my first shipment and I am pleased to receive it. Just one complaint: the very first transaction on my card account which was returnable still not returned. Do I need to do something, like call or place a request?
Very bad Customer service live chat is a waste of time, paying is even harder they say they bill you a small fee (around €10!) and you've to verify if its your card by saying the amount and end up secretly charging you some more wouldn't recommend
Be prepared for hidden fees, very long wait for a simple response and last minute surprises. They used to be great, now, they are just moneygrabbers. You can find much better forwarders with better rates, without hidden fees and real customer service.
Tried once and quite happy. Don't like their customer service though, when I email or chat at least give me real time answers instead of automated replies which just leads to other automated replies
