This app is just awful. Sometimes you can't even log in. I spoke to a rep who confirmed that at certain times of the day logging in is difficult due to server demands - Vodafone you're a huge company, upgrade or expand your servers. Trying to check your balance for broadband doesn't work, so you can't tell if the data ran out or if there's a network fault, you just have to guess. On the previous version there was a constant error, in the new version they completely removed the function.

Before the upgrade, the app was user-friendly. After I upgraded, I have not been able to buy bundle/top up. You will have to sign in each time you connect to the app; even when you've prompted the "remember my password" button. Even when you are logged in and want to buy a bundle or top-up, the system will request you log in againnnnnnn. The most annoying part is that after all the work of logging, it will take you to the home screen without no validation of your purchase.

Daniel FOBENDJAN
For about a month now, using the App has been a challenge. When trying to use it (for bundle purchasing), it either crashes or fails to load. It's not an easy task to memorize the various codes, so the App was/is a better alternative to that. Can the issue be fixed ?
