The app is not simple to manipulate. I would want a touch and go app clearly showing how to add and remove bundles and warning if a chargeable activities s about to be undertaken just like bank apps. In banking applications nothing surprises you. In Vodafone system everything is beyond your control. It's so unfair.
This app should have been transferred from my old phone, which worked fine. It hasn't. Went back to store who transferred data. They tried and advised me to contact tech department as it was beyond them. It turns out that the tech department wasn't able to come up with an answer that I hadn't already tried. So back to the store yet again. Something is not fit for purpose. Not happy.
Just updated. It works ok but i know how much i've used anyway. These days most people have unlimited texts, calls & huge amounts of data. Just really wish i could pay my bill with this App. I certainly think that would be the next step forward but this app. is certainly improving slowly with more info. showing.
Just like the current Vodafone service, good if it worked, keep phoning big red and they can't tie up their data vs the data this app shows. Told to re install several times which I have done. Shows the same info... so my rating is based on this experience. Pants. Edit: still shockingly bad app! Have set up pin so many times, updates and have to reset up. Seriously bad app. Bit like their current service, have been with them for over 20 years and have worked for them, once a massive fan. Last 2-3 years, standards have fallen so much I think I see Australia.
It doesn't show when your upgrade is due anymore. I need to know so I can end this and the other mobile broadband and landline contracts I have with them. Customer service is appalling. and If you want to look at anything constructive you have to put in a password, I don't want to cos I have so many different ones I can't remember them All!
Haven't been able to log in for almost a year now. Tried taking phone to Vodafone shop, but they weren't interested and told me to phone support. Phoned support, that was a horrific ordeal I can face going through again. Couldn't have been less helpful.
