Its great for seeing usuage etc.. However i think it would benefit all customers if we could manage our bills i.e pay them and our accounts etc... You are limited as to what we can do. You have changed the main website where we can do these things however need a secure code EVERY time. I understand its to protect our details but its really frustrating when you want to do something simple that should be quick. If the app simply isn't designed to be able to pay bills or manage accounts such as add data packs etc.. Why not have a secure link direct to the main website but already logged into our accounts as we have to enter pin number on the app anyway?????
It's alright I wouldn't rave about this app. It's good when it works but most of the time it doesn't. Whether you're using your own data or on WiFi the app isn't always up to date regardless of how many times you refresh it. Spoken to friends and they have the same issue. Checking my account online seems to be the most efficient way of checking what I have or haven't used
Vodafone is very together I have been with Orange and then EE when they changed for over 10 years. I moved to Vodafone this week for various reasons and I am amazed at how they are so modern and give you what you want and need. I do not think I will ever move. This app is amazingly easy and gives all the info you need to follow usage and amend as required, well done Vodafone.
Tailored for me! Been on Vodafone for several years now, and still really happy with everything they have to offer! Friends have changed over & over with various network's, and are still not happy! If they have offer's on payg, they still don't match mine! I was able to purchase a brand new, up to date phone with my rewards! I won't ever change as long as Vodafone keep me satisfied as a customer. Thankyou Vodafone!!!
Incorrect info My app shows incorrect allowances for my contract. I used the live chat & was told if I uninstalled & reinstalled it then it would be fine. It isn't & despite trying twice the info it shows is still incorrect. I love the idea of it & being able to monitor usage would be brilliant, but if they can't match it to my contract why should I trust the usage to be any more accurate??
Looks good, functionality very poor Something that looks good doesn't make it good. Poor functionality. Keeps showing that I am paying extras for out of bundle things. I have phoned up and it has been sorted apparently. We shall see on bill day. Just isn't up to scratch and needs to be enhanced to allow a more thorough bill interrogation.
