Making a payment doesn't work! Love the fact that you can now access your my vodafone acount via the app. HOWEVER, the making a payment feature does not work. I got all the way to my bank validating the transaction and a message stating 'returning to merchant' then nothing.. I paid twice and the same thing happened both times.. did my payment go through?? This needs to be sorted asap!
Vital Info MISSING Been told Direct from Vodafone to ignore this app after many problems with my app and my account. Absolute farce how after being fined by Ofcom they can still get away with this SHOCKING service. Dont go by what this app tells you or be faced with trouble ahead. YOU ARE WARNED
Useless for telling you when you need to top up data The data usage is always way out of date. Refresh is daily at best. First you will hear that your data is all used is when the message comes in that all your £credit is used up. Utterly useless! This is the last time I'll fall for this. Off to find another data provider for my Tablet
My Vodafone What a load of rubbish. Still no data or at my home address in barton under needwood and next village yoxhall trouble to even make calls never any data at all. Well after your advise to make network GSM only. Made it even worse. Unable to make calls now in Anslow. How bad can your network coverage get.
Outrageously Poor Just not up to standard, rarely correct and can be two weeks out of date on the data. Your just as well guessing. New version data hungry and takes too long to open. Down rated from 2 star to 1. Outrageous really that they get away with such an extremely poor app and service. Customer care is also outrageously poor. In fact customer service is ridiculously lacking and despite logging into the app repeatedly you still end up phoning customer service and talking to a non English speaking operator. Awful serv
Simple and clear Handy app with everything i need to know at a glance. Had a period where it constantly showed technical difficulties but uninstalled it and reinstalled which got it going again. ?issue with updates? Used the 24 hours chat to check something about my account. Was quick and answered my questions.
