Doesn't show correct details I have unlimited data yet the app insists i only have 8gb. Also, it will not take me past the home screen
Limited This app is on my business phone but I want to see usage in my private account and there's no option to do that. I may not be the only person in this situation but the devs clearly haven't considered that possibility so uninstalling now.
Very difficult to get hold of customer service. One has to wait for at least 30 minutes before one speak to a personal so a huge improvement is required please.
Not a good word Nothing to do with the app but Vodafone have really pushed me over the edge and I've been a customer for years
Have been waiting over 21 days for Vodafone to repair there app so that I can at least check my account. I just hope I don't get charged if I have gone over the limit
Vodafone ripped me off Vodafone took ten pounds from my account for big bundle, did not update data minutes or text, they said they would sort it out but haven't. Avoid
