Unlike a lot of folk on here, I have nothing but good feedback to give. My dealings with all the staff I've spoke with on the phone regarding bill payments, a new upgrade and help now and again have been nothing short of Brilliant. As for the App itself, it's a smooth experience, well put together and so simple to navigate. I intend staying with Vodaphone for a long time to come.......Thank You.
WILL NOT OPEN GONE FROM WORKING TO NOTHING BEEN LIKE THIS FOR OVER A MONTH SO CANT TRACK WHAT DATA AM USING EVEN UNINSTALLED DOESNT FIX IT, stilling waiting for someone to help me fix this problem I sent my number as requested in the email over 5/6 weeks ago nobody has helped me. Oh and app still will not open it's really sad that a big company hasn't fixed the problem 🤔
Yet again everyone on Vodafone in our house has received a voucher for or towards an Easter egg. I've been a contract customer for years and never received the Valentine's offer and now there's no Easter gift through the app. Please can Vodafone explain what the point in the notifications sections, if nothing ever shows. The only good thing that works is your current usage.
I was surprised to see I had rated the app with 1 star..wasn't me Vodafone..honest. I have given it five stars because its an excellent app for us vod. uses. You always know where you stand with your usage..never let me down yet and lets me enter competitions and sends me offers and free gifts. What's not to like. Keep up the good work.
I am very satisfied with this ap. No problems that I have encountered. UPDATE: Just to say during the last year of using Vodafone I continue to be a very happy customer. Any issues I've had have been sorted quickly by their friendly, knowledgeable Customer Service department. I wouldn't consider going to a different provider.
The app is excellent, really useful. I don't get why some people are saying that you need to have mobile data on to access the app because you don't. It only asks you to turn on mobile data to access the app for the first time after that you can access it through Wi-Fi. I only use the app evey now and then but I've never had any trouble with it at all.
The team have been working hard to improve the performance and stability of the app. We’ve also added a new billing graph so that you can see your historical bill amount up to 6 months.
