The GPS is messed up and takes the drivers to the other side of town, if they aren't a short distance away - and always puts drivers on the highway or freeway even when that's the less convenient route. And they charge a $2 cancellation fee, even when it's their app that's messed up. I've gotten charged a $2 cancellation fee at least four times because the GPS was taking the driver to the other side of town from where I am and never corrected. I will not be using this service anymore.

I like using this app, it's awesome that they treat their drivers so much better than other ridesharing apps, but I don't use it as much as I'd like because a) they're no guarantee that the driver will get to you in under 30 minutes, and b) the app's GPS is really bad, it doesn't understand what roads are closed (or even how roads work sometimes...), and for some reason it seems worse on the driver's end than the passengers (idk how apps like this work, but it must be fixable, right??).

I like this service because drivers respect passengers! This app gives drivers a larger percentage of their pay! This app is not as polished or user friendly, but it gets the job done and more American drivers that arrive QUICKLY! I have no problem with immigrant drivers who show mutual respect. I have a problem with drivers who talk on the phone (not in English) while driving! Distracted driving is NOT ok! Uber & Lyft should NOT charge drivers 40% or more of each payment for rides!
