The multi-level marketing model is recognized as a legal business model in Vietnam, under the control of Vietnamese Law after the Competition Law was introduced in late 2004 and Decree 110/2004 / ND-CP. government. Before the development of multi-level business, the Government has issued Decree 42 to replace Decree 110. Recently, before the increasingly diverse development of this industry, at the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade, The Government has issued Decree 40/2018 / ND-CP on management of business activities in a multi-level mode to replace Decree 42.

Accordingly, in order to create favorable conditions for people, consumers, the business community and the whole society to have an overview of multi-level marketing activities in Vietnam, in the recent time, the Competition Department. and Consumer Protection (Department of Industry and Trade), Ministry of Industry and Trade has launched iMLM application.

IMLM Application Features:

- List of multi-level marketing businesses licensed in Vietnam;
- Questions and answers about the multi-level marketing law;
- News, notes in multi-level marketing activities in Vietnam;
