app is great! But having trouble downloading images. Also cant update some info. Need to add the @ symbol to my tiktok name and it won't save so it doesn't link properly to my account.

I'm a new consultant and it's not letting me log in as a consultant or even as a customer. it's telling me that my email or passwords are not correct so there's no way for me to get to my back office on the website or on the app. I can't get in touch with anyone and it's very discouraging as a new consultant

Please fix bugs, videos aren't saying complete after being played multiple times, videos are now not playing saying its my internet connection, already spoke to at&t and its not their end, this has been day 2 of this is reached out online and now im on here. 9/4 this issue started for me.
