Please fix bugs, videos aren't saying complete after being played multiple times, videos are now not playing saying its my internet connection, already spoke to at&t and its not their end, this has been day 2 of this is reached out online and now im on here. 9/4 this issue started for me.

The app isn't working consultants can't get into their back office they should of let the site alone so frustrating.I am a new consultant and I can't get into my back office I tried everything. I tried calling they leave you hanging on the phone after an hour waiting I hung up tried emailing no response only one which didn't help.. PLEASE HELP
