2.00.11 has broken the app at least on Pixel/Oreo. Client list dropdown gives a black screen so totally unusable. How the hell did that get through QA? Clearing cache and/or app data makes no difference, neither does a reinstall.
Where is Two-Factor Authentication? I was surprisingly let down when trying to log on to the app with the message popping up "Two Factor Authentication not available" in red!
Has been waiting for this far too long. Now I really do monitoring on the go.
App force closes after installing on brand new company owned pixel XL. Reinstalled after clearing app data. Rebooted phone. Next step is to wipe and reload if it works after that I'll leave the 1 star. Was able to get the app loaded, but needed to wipe and reload my pixel xl. Not sure why. cant completely blame this on developers of the app, but i have seen similar comments listed below. N-Able contacted me very quickly to resolve.
