Does not open at all takes me to the same page over and over again!!!

No funciona con un Samsung Galaxy S24. Me pide validar mi nombre y luego me pide un codigo de seguridad. Ahi deja de ser funcional. No hay manera de ver en donde se captura el codigo. Me dicen que voltee el dispositiva a mod horizontal para ver la forma completa. Pero al girar el telefono la aplicacion no responde y esta continua en modo vertical.
