NabShift is the map-first, texting-native claim board for security staffing crews — the fastest way to fill a post without working down a phone list at 1 AM.

You know the drill: a guard drops a 4:30 AM shift the night before, and the scramble starts. Who's qualified? Who's close? Who won't hate you for the text? A blast to the whole roster leaks the pay gaps and the posts that weren't for everyone. NabShift replaces all of it with one board and one text.

Fill a shift in three steps
• Post it in under a minute — venue, date, roles, required certs. A pin drops on the map and the shift gets a claim code.
• Only the right guards hear about it — qualified, eligible, available, opted-in. Nobody else knows it exists.
• First valid claim wins — one tap in the app, or one text reply: CLAIM ARMORY. No double-booking, no "did you get my message?"

Built for how staffing actually works
• A map guards want to open — every open post on a metro map, auto-filtered to what each guard qualifies for. Map, list, or calendar, their pick.
• Runs entirely over text — claim, drop, skip a day, check in, get shift info, all by simple keyword. A guard needs nothing but a phone that texts.
• Pay stays private — dollar figures never show on a guard's screen or text, unless you deliberately boost a premium shift and lead with the rate.
• Restricted posts stay invisible — limit a shift to client-approved guards, and no one else ever knows it existed.
• Approvals, not chaos — a late drop becomes a request in your inbox: approve with a one-tap rebroadcast, or deny. Direct-assign covers callouts.
• A live roll call — see who's on post. A tap checks in with a location stamp, a text checks in with the time. Both feed payroll.

Private by design
Location is a one-time GPS check at the start and end of a shift — never continuous tracking. We collect a phone number for sign-in and shift texts, plus basic profile details. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for ads.
