IMPORTANT: Press the Bluetooth button on your headset and enter Bluetooth Mode before connecting to the 900 MAX Navigator app for the first time.

It's good when it works but constantly having connection issues. Says not connected to BT, even if my phone is paired to my headset. Still has not connected to my phone since my last review, Ive made sure it's had a full charge, redownloaded the app I have the headset connected to my phone. But the app says it's not connected which you need to use the EQ. An seems like the developers don't give a ****.

What happened? Where did the people who actually CARE about their products go? I'm tempted to go back to my 800s because I can use all its features WITHOUT an app that doesn't work. I just want to use the EQ settings, that's it. Seems like a simple request, but no. I've spent about 15 minutes re-pairing my 900 maxs to my phone to no avail. All the while, they're very much connected to my phone. But like everyone else's lackluster review, it's just a drop in an ocean. Maybe I'll go Arctis...

So like a lot of other people here,I couldn't get my phone to connect to the app. Switched to Bluetooth, had a charge, all that jazz. Out of mild frustration, I turned on my vpn (still set to my state in the US, no other country needed in the presets) and.....it works now? I don't know why that fixed it for me, but maybe try a free vpn connection before throwing in the towel on this app.
