IMPORTANT: Press the Bluetooth button on your headset and enter Bluetooth Mode before connecting to the 900 MAX Navigator app for the first time.

The app worked once and now the app wont connect to my phone. Even though they are BT connected. The app doesnt recognize that there is a BT device connected to the phone. I was able to adjust the EQ the one time I was in the app so it not that big of deal, but would still like to go in and adjust things if needed. Will update if able to constantly access the app.

It's good when it works but constantly having connection issues. Says not connected to BT, even if my phone is paired to my headset. Still has not connected to my phone since my last review, Ive made sure it's had a full charge, redownloaded the app I have the headset connected to my phone. But the app says it's not connected which you need to use the EQ. An seems like the developers don't give a ****.

What happened? Where did the people who actually CARE about their products go? I'm tempted to go back to my 800s because I can use all its features WITHOUT an app that doesn't work. I just want to use the EQ settings, that's it. Seems like a simple request, but no. I've spent about 15 minutes re-pairing my 900 maxs to my phone to no avail. All the while, they're very much connected to my phone. But like everyone else's lackluster review, it's just a drop in an ocean. Maybe I'll go Arctis...
