CHEATERS !!!! They force us to use the app once u r in the exchage. They say if we send directly we will get a low rate. The app is really buggy&most of the time the transaction gets cancelled but the money will b taken frm our act. We have to wait till the money returns&wont be able to send from any other exchange.This happened to me twice. They forced me to use it again today. The transaction got cancelled but the money went thru but later we found out we got a low rate than shown by the app.

Worst app I've ever used. Everytime I login, I need to enter security questions, pins and stuff. My bank even doesn't require this. Half the time I enter the answers to the questions in the right manner, the app doesnt recognise the answer when the answer is legit. Lots and lots of Technical issues, I'd recommend you don't install the app until they program the app from the ground up or give the contract to someone who knows how to make an app.

I have been using UAE Exchange services for several years now, and I must say that their service is exceptional! Their staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The exchange rates are competitive, and the transactions are always smooth and hassle-free.
