No option to save login credentials, to avoid logging out every now and then. Also, when you browse an item selected from a search list, then click back button; it returns back to Nahdi homepage and force you to search again and again!

Their app is so good before, nowadays its too bad,even their online delivery service. You cant even see your order history if you want to cancel orders, I have to call customer service to cancel my order and they failed to cancel my order and ended up to doubled the order. VERY BAD experience of a customer and the agent even wanted me to go on any nearest pharmacy to return which is the reason why I ordered online coz i cant go to the pharmacy. Very inconvenient.

When you try to add your location is very bad experience and the card is not added automatically and you cannot past the number you have to type it manually it is so time consuming
