If I could give zero stars I would. For a machine that cost almost a grand you'd think they would make an app that would work. Especially knowing that the only way to make it work is through the app. So now we have a very expensive paper weight and my wife is upset her valentines gift does not work. App crashes roughly every 40 seconds, no keyboard pops up to type in wifi password, and I tried 4 different phones for verification thinking it was 1 of them. Absolutely horrible.

On fields requiring typing the on screen keyboard never appears. The instructions do not seem to reflect what my machine does. I can muddle through, but it's not a great experience. Also, the app randomly minimizes. That's annoying.

No way to change password if forgotten. Does not save data
