“Manafith” is the mandatory insurance system for foreign vehicles entering or passing through Saudi Arabia via its border crossings. The application help users to purchase and pay for the insurance policies online without the need to visit Manafith branch at the border.

تطبيق منظومة "منافذ" يختص بالتأمين الإلزامي على المركبات الأجنبية الداخلة والعابرة لأراضي المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك عبر المنافذ البرية. يعمل التطبيق على خدمة المستفيدين لشراء ودفع قيمة وثيقة التأمين إلكترونياً دون الحاجة إلى زيارة أي فرع لمنظومة "منافذ" على كافة الحدود السعودية

I spent time filling in all the details, only to hit an error at the end saying “please fill plate.” Some cars have only one plate letter, so why force two when the first field can’t be left empty. Second, not all car models are listed under the car make. Third, people who travel to Saudi usually insure more than once. Why can’t we renew easily instead of having to re-enter the same information every time.

Impossible to pay for the insurance. Both application and the website. Absolutely useless.

App settings very bad, i had worse experience, i spend 4 hours trying to apply for 1 week insurance but app keep say "type month in MM style for the Credit card " and I'm sure i write it right but it's way to buy 1 month insurance at the border. I hope the app manager make easy and honest and don't play this way. I appreciate all Saudi government apps but manafith is very bad compared with other gov app. Keep the good job, and all wishes to be better Thank you P.S.: Try using english in app
