app has a tendency to not maintain a reliable connection to the shockwave wireless when looking for updates. it holds a connection when doing common setting adjustments but when going to check for updates it fails at times, I've rebooted my phone which would then work and even updated my phone to a newer model to see if it could be an issue with an old phone but eventually fails again some time after. at this point I have to open app multiple times to eventually successfully check for updates.

I mean seriously like everybody said paid Boku bucks for this and there's no on off remote app with volume control for crying out loud. How hard could that be? Had this thing for a year. You still don't have an app. I have to get the separate remote to turn it on. I can run my whole house my whole house on my phone but not the dragon. Probably one of the stupidest things I've seen but they can put out a new 12-in subwoofer and that's okay, but still no app frustrating and just plain stupid

Excellent for what it does its Very Basic. No power button. You can set the volume, pick your DPS and also turn on or off your Subs. No Sub controls other then standard bass, there is no EQ that you the user can set. For all fine tuning you need to use the remote and go in the the menus, having the ease of Setting your Hz, LFE and a EQ would be a nice addition. Other additions to the app should be full sub control not just turning or off Subs. Being able to do a firmware update threw the app.
