Ratings and reviews

Very complicated system. As an owner, despite having sent 2 emails requesting my customer number, I am still without a reply. However, the maintenance fees came pretty fast. Requesting a permit for maintenance on the flat is super complex. There is a folder on the app that states maintenance, etc, but for permits, you actually have to go to a different section altogether, under services. Not helpful

Adding a card for payment doesn't work it doesn't show previously added cards. when I add a card for payment, the successful message is displayed, but right after that, it goes to the customers rating without completing the transaction. Not a wise design.

Doesn't do what is supposed to do One of the basic purposes of this app is to renew the lease online. After completing all the requisite information (and ensuring all mandatory information is filled in), when hitting the "submit"button, nothing happens... great!
