Signing out now ends your session on our servers as well, and the phone stops receiving your ride alerts and statement reminders — so a phone that changes hands carries nothing of yours. If your session expires, you land on sign-in with a short note instead of a screen that no longer responds. A verification video that does not pass shows the reason and lets you re-record right away.
